To be guaranteed delivery by the date requested by your teacher, contracts or exchange requests must be received by the dates below.
If you missed the deadline, don't worry! Your instrument can be picked up in our store or delivered on a subsequent trip. If your district is not listed we have not yet set a date for the initial delivery.

We work with a host of professional string musicians such as members of The Pittsburgh Symphony, The Pittsburgh Opera Orchestra, The Pittsburgh Youth Symphony, Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Youngstown Symphony Orchestra, The Music School of Carnegie Mellon University, Duquesne University, and many other string programs and teachers.
